Pastry course in Shanghai
The PCM employees from China met at a pastry competition organised by the Shanghai Young Bakers Association during which they were able to acquire new pastry skills and have a good time.
The money raised to participate in this competition supports the training of disadvantaged young Chinese people for one year. The aim is for them to emerge from this training with strong French and Chinese pastry skills and to be able to speak English in order to be able to find a stable job.
