PCM Delasco™ DX 25 on wheels

One customer approached PCM for their latex manufacturing plant to transfer the various components, with flow rates varying between 30 and 300 L/h, through all stages of the material's production.

The customer's installation is such that the different containers in the process are not in the same place, so the pumps were assembled on wheels to make them mobile.

Because of their flexibility, 7 PCM Delasco™ DX 25 pumps on wheels were therefore installed at the customer's site.

Indeed, the PCM Delasco™ peristaltic pumps can be used to transfer different products and are equipped with an inverter directly installed on the drive which allows a manual variation of the flow rate for the different dosages ranging from a viscosity of 500 up to 10,000 Cps.

Furthermore, the peristaltic pumps are chemically compatible with the different products that make up the latex thanks to the composition of the tube in EPDM and natural rubber in this case.
