Accompanying and supporting the company's activities are the missions of the support functions - Business Partners - at PCM.

Human Resources, Finance, QHSE, IT, Communication, Purchasing, Marketing, each department has a role to play in the development of the company and contributes through its actions to the satisfaction of the end customer. I am Marylène, I have been working at PCM since 2013 in the Oil & Gas marketing department. I was recruited for the position of Data and Front office Tools Administrator. I am in charge of translating the needs of marketing and sales people and transforming them into more technical, IT-based discourse. I make sure that all the data in the tools are complete, accurate and reliable so that we can draw analyses, understand the market and customers. My name is Abraham, I have worked at PCM for 1 year and 10 months. I am QHSE (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) manager for North and South America. My role as QHSE manager consists of maintaining and managing the quality system and ensuring that it is consistent with the Group's main strategic axes and the standards in force. On a daily basis, I work with many departments both locally (in the factory, warehouses, etc.) and internationally with the Group's support departments. For me, PCM is made up of talented people who strive every day to work together to achieve excellence.
