The presentation and content of this site, of which PCM is the owner, constitute a work protected by current intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified, the designations or titles, logos and names of all products and services are the exclusive property of PCM.
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, models, images, animated sequences, whether or not accompanied by sound, and all works integrated into the site are the property of PCM or of third parties that have authorized their use by PCM.
The reproduction, in either paper or computer format, of the said site and of the items reproduced thereon is authorized subject to it being solely for personal use excluding all use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes and to it being in accordance with the provisions of article L. 122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

This site constitutes a general presentation of the Group, and of PCM' products and services. This privacy policy sets out and informs you how PCM uses and protects the information you transmit to us, if any, when you use this site. Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or completed at any time by PCM, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological changes.

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete information concerning your personal information by writing to dpo@pcm.eu.

  • Responses time

PCM undertakes to answer to your request for access, rectification, updating, deletion or opposition or any request for information within a reasonable period which shall not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

  • Non-personal data

We may obtain information that is automatically collected but which cannot, under any circumstances, be associated with a person. This information relates to the type of internal browser you are using, your computer system and the domain name through which you have accessed our website.

  • Cookies

When you visit our site, we may implant a cookie in your computer. A cookie is a small data block sent to your navigator by a web server and stored on your computer's hard disk. The cookie does not allow us to identify you personally. Applicable law

These General Conditions are subject to French national law. The language of the General Conditions is French. In the event of litigation, only French courts are competent.
