Main activities

- Lead prospection campaign with objective to enlarge clients portfolio. Organizes prospecting campaign and lead business development programs in collaboration with marketing teams. Prepares, executes and reports on a clients-oriented prospection plan in the area. Organizes vendor's list registration campaign and gets registered in the customer data base. Participates to business conferences, exhibitions and marketing campaign. Provides as necessary market information, surveys and analysis to the marketing teams
- Develop and manage sales in one's area Manages sales activities in the region (offer, orders, claims, payment follow-up)For each opportunity, identifies the adapted technical solution and the strategy to introduce it. For each opportunity, identifies and justifies the market price and any key factor of success to win the dealAnalyses risk associated to a project (technical, commercial, finance, legal) Negotiates sales prices and discounts in consultation with the manager and the tender teamQuotes follow up and detailed feedback, particularly on lost projects
- Account holder : manage client relationship. Maintains and improves high level of services to client portfolio (Responsiveness, solutions oriented)Surveys customer needs and trends, reports accuratly to managementIdentifies key contacts for business and establishes trustable relationshipEnsures client's file integrity (documents, analytical information, communication, notations, etc…)Ensures strict tracking of invoicing and payments from clients
- Sales and market forecasts and analysis : ensure on-time comprehensive reports on sales activity and market trends. Forecasts annual, quartely and monthly turnover streams according to the market (ALS vs STP)Provides results assessments of sales (period of time to define)Collaborates in establishing and recommending sales goals for the company. Updates market figures & competition surveillance
- QHSE Applies and respects all applicable business processes, compiles and submits quality indicators as required.Complies with all PCM group and cluster QHSE rules


Knowledge of LATIN AMERICAN Market and its Latin American Specificities

Education and experience

10 years experience in O&G, 5 years experience in Sales
Oil&Gas Industry background / Engineer
Ideally Territory Sales Manager for Eqpt Manufacturer, OEM or Distributor
or Petroleum/Production/ALS or Rotating Machinery Engineer with a strong will and required personality to move to sales
Knowledge in Artificial Lift Systems (PCP a Strong plus, Latin America experience environment preferred) an/or Process Pumps & Applications (upstream/downstream)
Used to sales management through CRM software
