SERVICES TEAM MANAGEMENT
Ensure rotation and call out planning of Field Engineers and Field Technicians
Support and Manage PCM field service and application teams for RCA area
Ensure QHSE monitoring for Service Activity
Ensure safety rules are followed for personal and equipment as per PCM, Customer and local rules
Ensure proper tracking of Field Engineers and Field Technicians Field Bonus and extra days
OPERATIONAL FOLLOW UP OF SERVICES CONTRACTS
Guarantee PCM service quality (good and on time service) as per PCM, client procedures and KPI
Ensure accurate and on time reporting to client
Coordinate mobilization of PCM equipment, PCM Staff and Third-party Services supply when required
Coordinate the Failure Analysis
Conduct regular audit and training on site for PCM Service team
DESIGN & OPTIMIZATION
Designs or gives recommendations for PCP equipment (rod driven and ESPCPs) thanks to PCM IT tools and ensures proper equipment selection
Participates in client operations meetings
Evaluates performance of PCP equipment (rod driven and ESPCPs) in operation and provides clients with optimization recommendations
Reports regularly to PCM and to customer performances of PCM products
OPERATIONS - ACTIVITY 4 - QHSE
Applies and respects all applicable business processes, compiles and submits quality indicators as required.
Complies with all PCM group and cluster QHSE rules
Is accountable for any health, Safety and Security matters relating to our employees mobilization in the country
Develop and manage sales in RCA area
Manages sales activities in the region (offer, orders, claims, payment follow-up).
For each opportunity, identifies the adapted technical solution and the strategy to introduce it.
For each opportunity, identifies and justifies the market price and any key factor of success to win the deal.
Analyses risk associated to a project (technical, commercial, finance, legal).
Negotiates sales prices and discounts in consultation with the manager and the tender team.
Quotes follow up and detailed feedback, particularly on lost projects
Organizes vendor's list registration campaign and gets registered in the customer data base
Participates to business conferences, exhibitions and marketing campaign
Participate to tenders and prepare/coordinate the preparation of all necessary documents
Account holder : manage client relationship
Maintains and improves high level of services to client portfolio (Responsiveness, solutions oriented)
Surveys customer needs and trends, reports accurately to management
Identifies key contacts for business and establishes trustable relationship
Ensures client's file integrity (documents, analytical information, communication, notations, etc…)
Ensures strict tracking of invoicing and payments from clients
Anticipate key account needs for new business
Ability to communicate
Ability to convince customers/suppliers with a technical/commercial argumentation
Ability to manage and coordinate a team of sales engineers and service engineers
Fluent English (+ technical terminology mandatory)
Up to 50% business trips in Russia + CIS countries
Based in Perm/Saint Petersburg
Higher Education in Oil&Gas
Advance understanding of ALS technologies and PCPs (rod driven and ESPCP)
Advanced understanding of the ALS market in Russia and CIS
Advanced understanding of PCP systems design tools (PC-Pump) and requirements
