PCM Project Management
Highly professional project management and coordination are vital for delivering contracts that involve multiple parties : sub-suppliers, contractor, end user, third party inspectors and certifying body. Project schedule is of the essence for an Engineering company.
PCM has set up a mirror engineering organisation to accompany EPC customers and keep control of the project delivery. Progress reports, Engineering documentation and final Vendor Data Book ( Manufacturing Record Book and Instruction and Operation Manual) are issued according to contractual schedule. Project management also includes multiple third party inspection coordinated by PCM for certification, factory acceptance test and site acceptance test.One Project Manager is assigned to each project with an expert team encompassing engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, QHSE and documentation.
Engineered pumps Construction
To meet specific corrosion challenges and achieve the desired mechanical properties , PCM Engineered surface pumps are designed and constructed from a range of metallurgies, including; carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex/ super duplex stainless steels and Alloy 825.
Configuration
PCM long shaft vertical pumps are designed and manufactured to suit installation on offshore platforms and FPSO’s, where space is a premium. PCM engineers long shaft vertical pumps that meet this constraint whilst reducing topsides weight and enabling topside access for ease of maintenance.
